His career has taken him from one leading French restaurant to another, a path that forged his style: contemporary cuisine rooted in tradition.

Former assistant manager of the bar at Le Val Thorens, then working at Les Roches Rouges, he is now at Le Moulin striving to “set a new standard for today’s hotel industry with kindness and compassion, as part of a close-knit team with strong ambitions and human values."
