Before your day in the mountains, or upon your return to Le Fitz Roy, take time to prepare, soothe, stimulate, and protect your body. A yoga session, a few relaxing lengths of our indoor pool, some breaths in the hammam and sauna in our luxury hotel in Val Thorens... and you're ready to hit the slopes all over again!

A new chapter begins at the Le Fitz Roy spa. Beaumier has teamed up with Oh My Cream on a selection of signature treatments and expert brands that care for your skin as much as for the planet. For face and body treatments, Parisian house MyBlend, founded by Dr Olivier Courtin-Clarins, pairs science with a tailored approach to restore comfort and radiance to skin tested by cold and altitude. On the slopes, Rudolph Care sun protection has you covered.

A deep massage to release tension and restore balance, followed by an expert facial: precise techniques, concentrated actives and LED technology for firmer, brighter, renewed skin.

Each massage is shaped around your needs, your wishes and how you feel on the day. Pressure, rhythm and techniques are adjusted to you, from deep relaxation to muscle recovery.

A treatment designed to set the body free. Warm-ups, targeted pressure and stretches flow seamlessly into one another: muscles loosen, ease of movement returns and a lasting lightness sets in.

An expert treatment that pairs alternating hot and cold with a deep massage to boost microcirculation and strengthen the skin. The thermal contrast encourages cell renewal and the production of collagen and elastin. A red LED mask then completes the ritual, for firmer, calmer, more radiant skin.
Before tackling the 3 Vallées, head to the Fitz Roy fitness room! Make use of treadmills, exercise bikes, rowing machines, dumbbells or a weight bench, in preparation for your day on the slopes.
Beyond skiing, set off to discover the mountain, between snow and sky, on a fat bike, under the ice... It's up to you!
