MINOU SABAHI IN RESIDENCE IN LE GALINIER
Until the end of September, Minou Sabahi will take over the Galinier's kitchens to offer a sensitive and profound, elegant and balanced cuisine, nourished by the Luberon's terroir, thanks to a close collaboration with a community of local producers.
The experience was conceived in collaboration with Baïta, a collective of chefs and artisans committed to unique culinary experiences.
Beaumier and Baïta are building a project in Le Galinier that is open to the village of Lourmarin and is part of the Luberon region.
Guests of the guest house and curious people in search of flavours can meet for lunch or dinner.
Lunch on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 2pm
Dinner from Wednesday to Sunday from 7pm to 9pm
Aperitivo from Wednesday to Sunday from 6 p.m
